Non-Men's Class


Have you wanted to try Kickboxing, Boxing or Strength Training but not known where to start?

Check out our NEW Non-Men's Kickboxing, Boxing and Strength & Conditioning Class - Every Sunday from 530-7PM. 

Taught by My Seppo (@myyskii), this class is open to anyone who does not identify as (strictly) male. It is an all-level class so regardless of your experience level -  YOU ARE WELCOME!

We are hoping to make this space as inclusive and welcoming environment.

Class Format

Class begins with a 15-min HIIT warm-up and an introduction to boxing/kickboxing followed by a 45-min technique session. This portion of the class features safe and minimal contact (no head contact) that is ALL beginner friendly but adaptive to different experience levels. 

Class concludes with a 30-min Strength and Conditioning session consisting of an intense (but very doable!) core workout, full body circuits,  endurance training and of course a cool down and stretching period! 

You'll be sure to be sore the next day - but in the best possible way - and walk away with a new found body confidence!
