At Citadel, we help students develop a set of skills with both as well as to develop their sense of movement. Students will not only learn proper striking technique but can also expect to improve their fitness including your cardiovascular and strength level. Through kickboxing, our students will also learn better focus, determination, discipline, and confidence.
All classes (except sparring and team training) are mixed level classes meaning regardless of your past experience, you will be welcome and challenged in every class.
For class, you will need athletic clothes, boxing gloves, and shin guards. Hand wraps and mouth guard highly recommended.
